The last few months we have been familiarising ourselves with the latest in Server Virtualisation technologies.
We recently converted our server here to a VMWare ESX server & have all our servers running as virtual machines.
This should increase server reliability & decrease downtime for those that use services hosted by us.

June 2008

We have implemented a new server monitoring solution!
The new system gives us more real time information on the current state of our customers servers.
We are also automatically notified by email of any issues.

January 2008

We have upgraded our server to allow us to better services our customers.
It is an IBM X Series server with 2 Quad Core CPUs, 8Gb of memory & 2Tb of storage space.

We have upgraded out IP based phone system with new software, which gives us more features & better call quality.

December 2007

Our server array will be replaced soon with one high powered IBM server and a virtual server system.

October 2007

VANREE Software Consultancy acquired the official title: Microsoft Small Business Specialist. This is an accreditation of Microsoft that we excel in supporting Small Business of up to 500 employees, with the focus on the Windows 2003 Small Business Server.
